I'm a Senior Delivery Lead with over 14 years of experience managing complex projects across healthcare, banking, telecommunications, sport, and government. I've been brought in to rescue stalled projects, build PMOs from scratch, manage $4M+ budgets, and get 27-person teams moving in the same direction.

I've worked with NAB, Healthe Care, Telstra, AFL, and Spotless — and I've operated as both the business-facing PM and the implementation partner lead. I know what good delivery looks like, and I know what chaos looks like.
